I've spent the last 6+ years working closely with Product and Sales teams, helping them make better decisions with data. Right now I'm at HSBC in New York, where I dig into large datasets to find opportunities that nobody's looked at yet. One of my favorite moments was uncovering $5M in untapped revenue from a dataset that had been sitting there for months.
I work mostly with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud tools like BigQuery and AWS. But honestly, the tools are just tools. What I really care about is making sure the insights actually land with the people who need them, whether that's a VP in a boardroom or a new analyst learning the ropes. I've built dashboards, automated messy reporting pipelines, and trained teams to be more self-sufficient with data.

This is where I got really into customer data. I ran segmentation analysis that helped the marketing team boost their campaign results by 25%. I also built dashboards on 10 years of customer interactions and cleaned up 15+ reports that were scattered everywhere into something the team could actually use.

My first role out of college. I got hands-on with A/B testing, built Tableau dashboards for the recruitment team, and helped scale a Python platform to 300,000 users. Also set up some data quality processes that the team still uses.

I built a full data pipeline from scratch using dbt and Snowflake. It takes raw lending data and turns it into clean, business-ready tables that answer real questions: which products are we underselling, where's the credit risk, and which customers should the sales team call first. The whole thing runs incrementally and has automated tests.

Built a Tableau dashboard to help people figure out where to live in Western New York. It pulls from 200K+ records across 14 years and scores neighborhoods on things like affordability, safety, and how many restaurants and shops are nearby. You just pick a ZIP code and it tells you what you're getting into.

Designed a data warehouse from the ground up for a retail client. Set up the star schema in SQL Server, built the ETL pipelines with SSIS to pull in transaction data, and put a Power BI dashboard on top so the client could see sales trends and plan their inventory better.
